What if Leo Fender had developed a computer:

it would have had professional R&D, work straight out of the box, be easily repairable if it broke (...unlikely) & would be fit for purpose.

What if humankind wasn't so arrogant to think it's more intelligent than nature.

We'll never 'save the planet', we can't even save ourselves; our principle seems to have been to destroy any culture that has learned to live successfully by respecting the natural world. We're stupid enough to believe vaccine will save us (rather than simple care & unselfishness). Some believe a vaccine can: 'make a virus go'; protect others.

Review man's 'success' vs nature...weeds grow through tarmac.

And the planet will do just fine without us!

What if - instead of "kills 99.9% of all known viruses and bacteria" - the truth on household cleaners appreared thus: "kills all but nearly 400,000 of known viruses and bacteria".

What if the expression "the 3 Rs" showed more literacy & more focus upon real education.

What if reading, (w)riting & (a)rithmatic came after respect, reason & responsibility...perhaps we'd not need  words like 'rights' or 'justice'...

Many thanks to Thomas Hiscocks for suggesting:

Samuel Beckett's “Try again. Fail again. Fail better.”

& from Annelies Frank's “No one has ever become poor by giving.”

...& our favourite from Ruskin: “There is no wealth but life."...

& thought-provoking from Boris Pasternak:

“…there are no nations, but only persons.” (from Dr. Zhivago)
